We want all future customers of your business to know that we all hold high standards, and we all must meet accepted criteria prior to becoming a member of this Network. As the public becomes more aware of this network, they will see the value of choosing a reliable dove company QUALIFIED to perform their services. POLICY GUIDELINES FOR BECOMING A WHITE DOVE RELEASE NETWORK MEMBER

• We will not release the birds in inclement weather.
• We will only release well trained birds that have the ability to return home after a release.
• We will always dress professional for the occasion.
• We will respond to customers inquiries as soon as possible to uphold the true professional image of our business and profession. This includes correspondence by email, fax, or telephone. (48 hr response preferred)
• We will always refer a possible lead that is out of our area to the nearest White Dove Release Network Member. We're all in this business together, to better serve the customers and help them locate a reliable dove release business.
• In the event that we receive a call about a lost bird, we will expeditiously find out who the owner of the bird is, and get the bird back to the rightful owner.
• In the event that an assignment needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will do everything on our part to refund the money in a timely manner as agreed upon in the release contract.
• We will always make meaning for our clients when performing and liberating our doves in front of the public view.
• We will say what we are going to do, and we will do it. Our actions will speak volumes over our words.
• In the event that this industry becomes regulated, we will abide by all the laws directed by the ARPU. (American Racing Pigeon Union).
• We will uphold all the highest standards of this industry so that everyone can benefit from the business.
