Our Birds are Special White "Racing" Homing Pigeons
These Birds are Selectively Bred for this White Dove Release Industry.
Our birds are used for all types of occasions, including weddings, funerals, and more.
All the birds we sell are actually White "Racing" Homing Pigeons. There is a huge difference between white birds that have no homing ability, versus what we sell, which are all from racing stock.
When you purchase white racing homing birds from us, they are all the same young age so they will train well together. (Old birds and young birds should not be flown together.)
How many birds do you need to buy? Well, this largely depends on what you can afford. I would recommend buying at least 20. Normally it takes a few months to train the birds, and some may get lost; it just happens. For this reason, you should purchase enough to get a good foundation, so if you lose some, your business can continue operating. Plus, with a larger starting number, you can rotate your flock more easily, and you will have a better chance of raising some of your own breeders from the birds you buy from us. Remember, it's a lot easier to train 20-50 white racers at the same time and age than it is to train 10, and then lose some and be set back 4-6 months because you must purchase more.
Be Careful with Other Sellers!
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of being cautious when purchasing birds from sellers who are not credible. Many people go into this business expecting to make great money. But how can you be successful if the birds don't come back, or your newly-purchased birds were not young enough, or they fly back to the original owners rather than to you?
This business can succeed ONLY if your birds return home. During our extensive marketing research, we have gathered reliable and consistently accurate data (May 2008) indicating that many white pigeons currently being sold by others are NOT true homing pigeons. They are simply white pigeons. Our pigeons are true White "Racing" Homing Pigeons -- the key that separates us from other sellers whose birds may have changed many hands before you purchased them. BUYER BEWARE OF THE NUMEROUS PIGEON PEDDLERS OUT THERE!
The unfortunate fact is that you don't always know what you are getting when you purchase pigeons for your White Dove Release business. Some people try to sell pedigrees with the birds to make more money; however, these pedigrees are only as good as the accuracy of the breeder keeping the records, and even this is questionable. The best way to know the true history of the bird is to take a DNA sample, but many sellers don't want to pay or go to this hassle. We go the extra mile to ensure that our birds have confirmed pedigrees, so that you know exactly what you are buying.
Be Confident with Us!
We sell offspring from over 2,000 of our White "Racing" Homing Pigeons, and the numbers keep growing. At White Pigeon Sales, you will find true White Racing Homing Pigeons at an affordable price, as well as more expensive white racing homing pigeons and doves imported from Belgium.
